I am a wife and mom of two teens. I grew up in Texas, attended Baylor University, and moved to Colorado for graduate school.  

As a college athlete, I started out in the health and wellness field, training both myself and others to excel in their pursuit of physical fitness.  I soon discovered, however, the importance of mental and emotional health.  Many of the physically well individuals I worked with were unhappy, stressed, or lonely. 

Over the years, I have pursued extensive training to treat a variety of mental health issues and accumulated a depth of knowledge from each of the hundreds of individuals I’ve had the opportunity to work with.  It is my calling and passion to join others on their journey of healing.
