Hi there, I'm Cara—a wife and mom of two teens. I grew up in Texas, attended Baylor University, and moved to Colorado for graduate school.

As a college athlete, I started out in the health and wellness field, training both myself and others to excel in their pursuit of physical fitness. However, I soon discovered the importance of mental and emotional health. Many of the physically fit individuals I worked with were unhappy, stressed or lonely.

Over the years, I have pursued extensive training to treat a variety of mental health issues and have accumulated a wealth of knowledge from each of the hundreds of individuals I’ve had the opportunity to work with. It is my calling and passion to join others on their healing journey.
